and Yes i've ordered the new taillights and will probably end up bringing them along to get help installing if i can't figure it out by myself before then. They are arriving sometime this week (or at least, i paid for shipping that should have them here by thursday at the latest) so i may not even have time to look at it to see if i can do it myself. so help would be welcome on those =)
Also, i can score us, hmm, 4 walkie talkies with a 3-5mile range. Just gotta buy some fresh batteries. Want me to bring em? If anyone else has some this may help us avoid getting split up, especially at the tolls.

If i missed someone too let me know This looks good with the exception of if the second group leaves Portsmouth at 7:30 a.m., you guys will be in Yarmouth by 9:00...but we'll wait for you all...the group that wants to meet at Dunkin Donuts Freeport, we meet there at 8:15 and leave there by 9:00 to get to the Yarmouth Park & Ride.

I think you guys leaving at 7:30 is alright, a few of us in Maine already are meeting up at the local dunks around 8:15AM so figure in 10-15 minutes of bagel/donut eating time, and 10-15 minutes of socializing, and 10-15 minutes of driving and we'll meet you at 9AM at the Visitor's center, so you should be fine on your current schedule.
