So guys, I know this is probably quite a hike for you northern New Englanders there, but thought I'd post here to let you know if you were interested.

Colt State Park is a nice waterfront, well, park down in Bristol RI. It's a great place, and when the weather's nice it's just beautiful and great for cruising or taking cool shots of Foci!

So far it's just a few of us Rhode Islanders, but it'd be cool to get a bunch of people down there to hang out. We're looking at some time in June, leaning towards possibly the 18th... hopefully by then the weather will be consistently warm and sunny.

Here's the original thread over on FF, or post here and we'll see who's down for a mid-June meet!

I'm always up for a G2G in my back yard. It would be cool to meet more NE foci owners.

http://www.riparks.com/colt.htm

There's its website wiht some info and a place to input your Start address... it's basically get to Rt 195 and take Exit 7, I forget exactly what connects with 195, but northern NE'ers are probably best off getting it from 95 or 495 S (can't recall if 495 connects...)

2hrs 25min for me from Rochester according to expedia.com (my favorite mapping site, they are uber).

i think that'd be worth it for a fun day, as long as i can get some extra spending money together cause a trip that long is gonna need gas and restaurants =)

I'm pretty sure it will be a Sunday, it seems like most people have that day free more often than Saturdays.

lil D--- I know its a hike but why don't you follow t3-rex up the following Saturday to NH. You can spend the night if you get to crunked or it gets to late. Some people are probably already planning on that. Depending on the temp, weather & humidity will determine if its tenting or in house.

Auto-X :)

Chris, if you went to this on Sunday instead of the Auto-X I believe
that's 20 lashes and immediate revocation of your TFNE Dopey Moose
Racing membership :)
