Ok, so for a lack of better plans, me and a fellow Focus owner discovered there is a little carshow/gathering every Tuesday evening at this local A&W place.
It was mostly classics, but there were a couple Civics, a Lightning, our 2 Foci, a Lexus GS 300 (?) and a handful other newer "tuner" cars. Mostly it was just cool to wander around and drool over the big ole engine bays with superchargers and all sorts of cool stuff.
Haha, there was also this SLEEPER black, I dunno mid 80s Cougar or something... totally stock on the outside, no wheels, exhaust that you could see, nothing! But the hood was popped and oh my! Huge honkin' SC packed in there, you'd never guess! There were also some sweet ole Goats and BelAirs and such...
My personal fave was this Gorgeous mint blue BOSS Mustang, it was stunning and just immaculate (I might have a pic or 2)... there were several fastbacks there, including a Mach as well.
Anyways, I think we'll be heading out next Tuesday as well, if anyone would like to meet that'd be cool. After a few classics rolled out, we pulled into adjoining spaces and stood around our cars, but got no love at that point... things were kinda winding down. I'm not sure when it starts (we didn't get there til like 8:10), but I thought it could be fun if any locals were interested! Oh yeah, the A&W is right on 44 in Johnston/Greenville, about a mile off Rt 295.
