you could still probably sign up before then... you can download the application online, and if you mailed it early this week say before wednesday they should get it before the event. Or maybe you can call . That's only if you really wanted to though
you can give it to em on the spot. thats what i did at the last one before this past one. they cant turn down money in hand, but id call and check jus to make sure theyll still let you run first, just in case. ive been known to be wrong

I thought I read somewhere that they wouldn't allow you to run on members only day even if you joined on the same day. To keep people from doing just that I guess, kind of inconvenient in my eyes, maybe they let that slide.
