Finally the day came for me to get rid of my SVTF...actually I had no choice in the matter...my son 16 had an accident and totalled the car. Thank God he is okay so that's what matters...after searching and test driving everything I may be interested in, I decided on a 06 Civic Si...yes a Honda...I love it...as much if not more then my SVTF...

These cars really are pretty safe cars. Car always crumbles around the passengers.
Sad to see it go in such a drastic way. I know you were teatering on keeping it or trading it. Guess you got the decision made for you.

Holy hell!!!!! I'm glad to hear the boy is okay. Too bad for the Focus though. Oh well, cars can obviously be replaced. It's a little harder with kids. I feel a little better about driving my Focus in the winter now knowing that it stands up that well in a crash.
