As far as i'm concerned. The term stupid as applied to humans really only describes lazy. An iq level determines the speed at which a human can digest information. But the level of intelligence has no influence on mental patience, so... You can have a person who scored high on an iq test but has no ability to think on things for a while so the total amount of info processed is less than those who score lower on the iq test but can ponder things for a longer time. So when i mean stupid, i mean people who spend more time speaking and acting without pondering.
I made a beer that's O.G. was 1.122. It's now at 1.026. I got it there using a crapload of American Lager yeast. I'm trying to get it down to 1.010 by adding a well primed champagne yeast but i doubt its gonna happen.

We'll find out in a month or so. It had 6 lbs. malt extract, 2 oz. i forget which hops, and 13 jalepenos. I think i'll add a slice of "vodka pickled jalepeno" to each bottle.
The jalepeno beer is suprisingly tasty. It doesn't have a lot of body and no head retention so i've been mixing it, but it adds a great taste to beer. I'm thinking jalepeno and strawberry or raspberry beer. I love sweet and hot stuff. Oh, and i have 2 weeks till i get to go home for a vacation from my vacation.
