Fog/driving lamp mod :

Pull relay 13.

Carefully remove the cap from the relay.

Place a NON-CONDUCTIVE piece of material between the coil and armature of the relay so the relay will not make contact when energized.  (I used a short piece of nylon zip tie)

Replace the cap.

Replace the relay.

Turn on ignition - turn on parking lamps and pull out on light switch to check your work.

Time to perform this modification: Approx 5 minutes. (once you get the @%&^&#$% relay out of it's socket)

As far as I can see, modifying the relay has the same effect as putting a jumper wire in the circuit. I modified the relay over a year ago and haven't had any problems.

Personally I think the modded relay looks a bit more professional.
