U have given excellent idea about fiber glass project. But i m totally new to this things but still want to make someof such pcs like stationary box of frp. i want to make 10-12 pcs alike. So i will appreciate if u will  please guide me how to do it from on mould and what chemicals or materials do i need to purchase (that means name and ratio of mixing.)

First of all thank you for the great how to. I am printing it now. I worked with Fiber Glass once and butchered the project, to say the least.

This will make you laugh; I'm sure. For several years now I've been making leather armor, yes armor, for friends at the Texas Renaissance festival. I've finally got around to the point where I want to rebuild mine, and it will be combining fiberglass and leather over lays. Your walk through will help me with that project.

Now, just to save my ego, I did come here trying to find information on building a Midgate speaker box for my Avalanche. So I was here for the right reasons and came back with so much more.

I'll have picks of the armor and the box in a few months. Hopefully they don't turn out looking alike. :)
