anyone got any recommendations
for picking up stock parts cheaper
than through a dealer or through the various ford websites?

i need to pick up a stock SVT air system
and probably a throttle pressure sensor
and possibly a mass airflow sensor.

I know it's far away but we have a discount at Autofair in Manchester NH.

Ford-parts.com has discounted parts also. Or become friends witha ford employee:D

Unfortunatly the parts you are looking for are dealer only, I think. you can try autozone but I don't know.

I asked him for the tail light wires(ZX3) and he said about $50 for the rear car wiring. I got the tail wires localy for $5. But Ya he's got a lot of stuff and yes I did buy some things from him. It seems his ebay items are cheaper than contacting him for parts. IMO anyway

usually what I do when I cold call for parts is tell his wife/secretary "BS" I know you sell that on ebay for $xx.xx

that usually gets me what I want. but seriously, wiring is expensive, you cant fault a guy for trying to get a good price for it. hell, the main harness from ford is almost 400$. I got lucky and paid less than 100 but If I had to get it from salvage, Id expect to pay 250.
