Ok, first of all, I have a cold air intake on my 2000 ford focus se (manual), and the other day I was gone away but when I decided to come back home it was rainning like hell. So guess what happened... I drove over that hell "river" ;ohno and I also guess that my cold air drank a little bit of water out of that adventure.

Now, my check engine light is on... codes: 1120, 1121, I checked and that's a sensor thing... but the real problem is... now when I press on my clutch... the my RPM goes up to 4000 until i totally stop my 4 wheels and then it starts to go back to 800. So if I press on my clutch my RPM goes up to 4000 and I'm not pressing on the gas pedal.

Can plz someone tell what the hell is going on ???:(

Most likely the maf sensor is either wet and needs cleaning, or in worst case since it's heated the water hitting it trashed the maf sensor. hate to say it but most likely the maf got trashed causing the car to run in open loop mode. that will cause a high idle, stumbling, etc.
