Armour All makes a "universal" cleaner that I use on plastic & metal parts like the pedals, kick panels, console, etc. For carpet & upholstry, I use a product called "Quick 'N Brite. Quick 'N Brite is one of those 'hokey' products that you see on TV opposite an ad for Popiels Pocket Fisherman of something similar. This stuff reall works. IMO, it's better than anything I've ever used for carpets, etc. Some retail stores sell it, but they have a web site where it can be ordered. It comes in a tub as a hard, pink paste. I've found the best way to use it is to dissolve some of it in boiling water. I then take a very still bristle brush, dip it in the very hot water, and scrub the carpet, spot or stain in several directions. I then vacuum the site very thoroughly with my Craftsman Shop Vac. I also use this in my Hoover Carpet Cleaner, to clean our (not inexpensive) oriental rugs in the house. It's good stuff.

ok, to clean all the crud from interior door handles and such where body oils collect and leave dirty gunk. try using scrubbing bubbles, spray on, leave sit a little bit, wipe off...too easy.

i actually use it as a cleaner for alot of the interior. cleans it up like new, then just aemor all

I like Armour All, but on the interior I like the low gloss stuff they make. I forget what it's called. With the regular stuff, I get too much glare in the windshield.

Personally I'm a fan of the following:

Washing interior of dirt, greases etc -

on hard panels: Basic Dawn Dish Detergent diluted in over 1pt / 10pts.  Wipe down w/ clean, hot water to remove.

To protect those hard surfaces...not clear plastics fyi - Product 303 - it's an aircraft and marine protectant. It doesn't have any petroleum products in it - has a UV protectant and won't wash off until you use something like dawn & lasts for ages.

Fantastic in keeping dust off of the surfaces too - don't need a lot to go a long way and not greasy feeling like the others.

I get it at http://www.topoftheline.com and they have tons of stuff I adore!

Always remember to vaccum and try to get stains when they happen.

I'm dying for an interior steam clean extractor! lol can get one on TOTL.com
