  • Subforums
  • Multiple attachments per post
  • Calendar
  • Picture Galleries
  • More poll options (hidden votes, users voted, etc.)
  • Advertising module
  • More advanced search options
  • Regional maps: Asia Pacific, South America, etc.

User Specified Options:

  • User specified number of posts/topics.
  • Friends list with online indicators.
  • Topic previews that appear on reply screens can be disabled.
  • User specified text editor: WYSIWYG or standard
  • Posts can be spell checked when the preview button is pressed.

Admin Panel Options:

  • Different attachment limits for different user groups.
  • Descriptive forum names in search engine friendly URLs.
  • User rankings according to post count
  • The order of announcement/important topics on active topic lists can be changed.
  • Closed topics can be displayed at the bottom of the page instead of their regular places. 
  • Topics can be automatically closed after a certain number of posts/days.
  • The use of specific bb codes can be limited on user group basis.
  • Topics can be marked for the currently logged in user to show that the user has posted to those topics.
  • A user can be in multiple user groups.
  • Custom profile fields can be created via a form editor.

Also have a "For Sale/Or Looking to Purchase" section   and maybe have a sponsors section....get people that sell certain products a chance to offer Team Focus money in order to sell to Team Focus members at a discount...maybe just throwing it out there.
