Because we need to know what kind of companies we're dealing with. If I buy a bumper and it takes 4 months for it to arrive and then the wrong part comes in, I need to be able to warn everyone. Or if I buy a bumper and it arrives in a week, fits perfect and all, people should know who to and not buy from.
