That's disgusting & sad. IMO penalties for animal cruelty are a joke. Much of the time, the most that a judge can do is to make the guilty party pay for the cost of the animal. I'd like to see some jail time as well as public service time thrown in there. Maybe some hours or days of picking up dog poop in the city parks. Domestic pets have immeasurable value to their owners. There's no way the cost of replacement could be calculated.

I couldn't even read after the 3rd sentence, I hate this $hit and u guys know I would love 2 do the same 2 those who did it and I have no mercy or care 4 people like that, I wish them the worst and death in life. Hate me, but it's what I feel and oh well.
Our courts are much too LIBERAL, and there is also alot of personal opinion allowed in the judgement of criminals. In that, I mean that judges are allowed to use too much of their own thought process when convicting or sentencing criminals.
There is also too much plea bargaining. Plea bargains are a joke, and a MAJOR hypocrisy to the very laws our represenitives pass. The American judicial system is a disgusting hypocrisy, frought with boundless flaws.
A law should be a law. A penalty should be a penalty. And a conviction should be a conviction. No plea bargains. You break the law, you suffer the consequences and repurcussions.
I think the person who did this act should be taken to Iraq, and handed over to Tawhid & Jihad, then we'll see what decisions he makes and how he handles life.

I hate those people with a passion!!! Just because the poor things can't talk or say anything, it doesn't make it ok 4 u 2 hit them or kill them!!!! It doesn't make it ok 2 kill an animal or a person 4 that matter, I hate our laws, they teach these people nothing!!! NOTHING!!!! U can get away with anything now adays.
