It's not easy to get an amendment ratified. It takes 2/3's of both the House & Senate, plus 3/4's of the states.
Personally, I'm against it. Not because of Ahnald, but because of the principle involved. I believe if you were born in another country, (unless your parents happened to be there on vacation or something), you're likely to have a soft spot for that country. This might seriously affect foreign policy, trade, etc., etc.
It's a bad idea.
