see now i read a little more about the subject and found out it was all BS the cop in the copter was using a stop watch to figure out the speed  and somehow miscalculated i also read the the bike in fact was stock except for slip on exhaust so it was all a waste of my time even saying anything about the subject i am sorry for bringing it back up to surface
