I encourage all to pick up the NEWSWEEK Special Issue on today's health issues. It was chock full of fascinating info, written well enough for the science nerd and casually health-aware alike. I usually recycle my Newsweeks but this one's a keeper.
This thread reminded me of it because there was an article about drugs and clinical trials and secrecy and things... they mentioned these types of "upcoming" legislations.

Wow, score one for Maine, our 435 person state legislature actually got something to pass. Now, if we could just work on having less representatives, and more action things would work out. Something wrong with having a higher tax rate in Maine than in Mass.
