As for your stance on it...I'm not quite so harsh as to think death is the appropriate thing, but I could stand next to MMI and watch a tiger rip the jerk apart. Ya, so, sometimes I think the over value of SOME humans is overdone. Ya, so the guy is a mortal being, so was the kitten. That kitten did nothing to deserve that, but out of sheer Malice...no matter what his reasoning was, that was evil, violent and showed complete disregard for life in general. I agree with those that mentioned the fact that what does this guy do when he has a family? Get pissed at the kid and pound the tar out of him? NO! I was beaten when I was young because my mother had a problem that was misdiagnosed. That doesn't mean she did it out of malice. This guy, knowing full well what he was doing, took the cat outside and crushed it under foot!
Then you have the comparisons of insects and vermine. I'm sorry...that just doesn't come close to violently killing a DOMESTICATED animal. It's our fault these animals have become domesticated in the first place. We did it, and we need to take care of them now because they depend on us.
It just shows how violent and un-loving some people have become in this world. It hurts to think that is what we have to look forward to each day in the news.

Chris, you're right...it's always the few who ruin it for the many. However, there are many of us who have been his-enchanted by some forums (not specifying because there are several) and they way some (the few) people have attacked others for no reason. Unfortunately when forums get as large as places like FF and FJ and even MFF.com - the politics etc. can sometimes take over. There are those of us who see favoritism toward people and here we really try to let everyone be who they are so long as people aren't being judged or attacked. I, personally don't care who is doing the attacking. It could be one of my TNE ppl, and the hammer is gonna come down hard on them if there is no valid reason for the argument/etc.
