Don't let the name throw you off, and even if you aren't a fan this is a huge insight to the New England Sports persona. Not to mention some of the funniest lines I've heard in a long time. This was well worth the torment of watching those FUCKING JACKASS RED SOX LOSE AGAIN!!!
It is in theaters, though I'm not sure if it is nationwide, it is throughout New England, it did very well for a movie that is based on a sports team and is a documentary. I'm not sure if it is showing in theaters nationwide though. As far as coming out on DVD, I'm sure it will, I know there are alot of Red Sox fans misplaced throughout the states, and even the world in some instances, and they'd like a chance to see this also.
Is it playing in your area CKA? I'm just curious to see how much nationwide spread this is getting, I know it was a hit here in NE, but...well, we actually have the team here to root for so I guess that sort of makes sense.
Never heard of it. But I will watch it I really dont like Baseball like I did when I was a kid, and I have not watched a complete Red Sox game since the last MLBPA strike. And I could never understand how people could lose for so many years, decades even. I mean, wouldnt you want to win once in a while?
