It doesn't come out for the other consols until the 16th but it's already out for PC. I picked up a copy tonight and it's a really good game. There is a huge difference between the first and second. On the first one, everything is on a menu, this is one is free roaming city. You have to drive around and find performance shops, accessory shops, and all your races. All the races from the first one are in it, but there are also 3 new kinds of races. Money doesn't come as easy in this one as it did in the first one. In the first one, once you win your first tournament you pretty set for cash unless you change cars every race. On this one, you don't win as much for each race (I'm playing easy mode right now) so it takes alot longer to build your car. But, you can have more than one car in this one, but you have to unlock "garage space" before you get more cars. There aren't any V8 conversions that I can tell but you can get spinners, lambo doors, hydrolics, and a bunch of other stuff that wasn't in the first one. You can also sign on with sponsors. I'm sure there are other really cool things that I'm leaving out or that I haven't even found yet.
It's a really cool game. I'm not a big "gamer" but I've really enjoyed the NFSU series. If you liked the first one, you'll LOVE this one.
