I saw it tonight. The premise is totally preposterous, and there are times when the brothers seem to be the only people in the city. Car chases through the city with absolutely no other traffic on the streets. Looong gunfights (20 min) where cops don't show up, etc. etc.
Despite that, the acting isn't bad, and the plot, (it actually has one, which is rare for a movie of this type), has some very interesting twists & turns.
I give it 2 stars out of 5.
