I am getting more and more serious about installing an aftermarket, seriously intuitive alarm system.

I live in West Manchester and it sucks here.  Ppl. have their cars broken into all the time and then you have those that are set off by a leaf landing on the car.

I want something that can sense someone messing with the car, but won't freak out when a fart can rollin' Honda revs by.

Any advice?

Viper has the best alarm systems around.  http://www.viper.com without a doubt the best there is, you have to have it installed by an authorized dealer but with that comes a number of other safe things such as insurance from Viper if someone does steal your ride.

This is what I thought and I've not yet looked into the cost involved, but I'm sure it will blow me away.

I don't have to worry to much when I have Mack in the car, but with this heat, I can't bring him and leave him in it.  lol!

Thanks for the link though Joe.

depending on the features you want, it runs from ~250 to 900 installed.
