How do you get the window crank off? I was under the impression that it's pretty difficult, but I can't find out how difficult. Thanks

They make a tool to pop it off.... what exactly it is called.. yeah... i cant remember bc it too damn early... just it up the auto parts store and tell them what you need... thing to get the window crank off the door... they should be able to hook you up... they are cheap so its not a big investment... just make sure you dont lose any pieces of the crank when you do it... there are pins in there that will run away FAST

You can also pull it with a rag. Take the rag and run it with both hands to the base of the crank and pul up and out at the same time. This will remove it. I have used this trick for many a focus.

I know this will make some of the younger audiophiles freak out. If you're on a budget and need new speakers, try Lightning Audio speakers. I've heard rumors that most of their models are older style Rockford Fosgate speakers and made by them at another facility. I put a set of 6.5" coaxials w/ directional tweeter in my Miata only powered by Sony HU, you would have to hear them to believe the sound quality and only cost me $30.00. Wal Mart carries the various sizes up to sub woofers. Can't find the 6.5" coaxials w/directional tweeter any longer except online. Check them out before you spend at least 2-3 times as much money on speakers. Had mine a year and no problems at all. Serously, it's worth checking them out.
