My amp and subs STILL fade/cut out...

I can't figure it out at all, I bought a new deck, used new RCA cables, used a new amp, I have BRAND SPANKING new power and ground, and the ground is great, new fuse/block, new redtop battery...

 

EVERYTHING!

 

What's wrong with my baby?  It worked fine in my last car...
