So I was just browsing the net and I was looking on F2 and saw they had used 2.3 Duratecs for sale .  So, I was wondering if anyone knew if I would have to change out anything else if I were to exchange my 2.0 zetec for the 2.3 duratec?
Also, do you know the HP and torque specs.

You will need a clutch, flywheel, passenger motor mount assembly, and probably an ECU / Harness. For the 20whp gain, there are a LOT easier ways to go about it.

UDP + Intake + Exhaust... easy 20 hp.

Zetec: 130hp/135tq
2.3 Duratec 150hp/150tq IIRC

In other words, it's not worth it. Mod the Zetec, make equal power with much less hassle.

Definately an ECU and wiring harness.   Its a completely different computer.

But for a stock to stock swap, yea, its not worth it.  Now if it was a fully built Duratec, then you are talking.

underdrive pully

smaller pully wheel underdrives your engine periferals while sucking less HP away from the engine.  lessens the difference between HP at the crank and HP at the wheels

UDPs are a very good value for the money. I think most of them are around $100. You'll notice the difference immediately. I'd stay away from 3 piece kits, though. They're more $$, a pain it the ass to install, and won't net you any more performance.

How easy is the installation? And where would you suggest buying from?

On a Zetec, its a piece of cake.  Remove belt, remove pulley, trim plastic guard, install pulley, install belt.  The FocusSport one is a good deal.

However, installing a pulley on a Duratec, talk about a nightmare.
