We finished the motorswap but now the engine wont crank. dosent look like the starter is turning. Im almost positive its an electrical problem. I think I left off the engine block ground. dose anybody know where it attatches, I think to the bellhousing but IDK. Help me out with this: you know how when you hook up your battery, the last terminal you attatch makes a spark? well on this engine, even with a known good battery, it never makes a spark. Open circuit correct?

i doubt its relevant, but i jus went in last week for a bad positive wire to the starter from battery. thought it was a terminal, but ford says it was the wire. 71.95 to fix.

well, the multimeter should point the way. I think I am going to use my jumper cables to shunt the neg path to the engine and see if we get a crank. It could be a terminal too, his neg terminal looks all manner of ass. that was the first thing I brought up, the terminal connection.
