just joined team focus. i own a focus and thought id drop in and be apart of a site. i got an 04 silver svt focus and love the car and cant stay out of it once im in it. only mods i put on is the k&n short ram intake with the snorkel, and come feb getting a hood to get more air to it and have jba blue 9mm spark plug cables. btw im from texas.
Hi everybody!!! I am not yet a Focus owner even, actually I am from a different group of power junkies...lol I have been doing diesel power stuff for tha last 4 years and enjoy it to the max, actually have a 7000lb truck that will run low 14's to high thirteens in a 1/4 mile run.... fun. Now I have come to a point where my wife and myself are in need of a decent little car for minimal outlay of cash, also I have family that owns a Ford dealership, and two journeyman Ford tech friends as well, so the Focus was a pretty easy decision. I have a line on a 2000 ZX3 5-speed, only option is air conditioning actually. I am picking up on the simple and cost effective tuneability of the Focus and am looking forward to running the little beast! What would a person typically be paying to get a Focus like the one I am looking at, into the more powerful region, I am thinking cold air, exhaust change, are there any electronic mods that are a great idead for these cars? Are there any really Focus specific issuse that I should look at before we pick up this car? Is it a good deal at $3800 canadaian with 146,000km's? I also must say, I am on at least a dozen different forums for various things, and must say that this is the most civil, and personable bunch I think I have found as of yet, kudos the the team for keeping it that way!!! Hello i just became a member and im from San antonio Tx i just bought my first car which turned out to be a 05 zx3 i feel in love with it when i saw it on the lot, it had every thing i wanted in a car, stick,good on gas, and red lol. i joined ya'lls forum to get some help and ideas for my car, its an 05 like i said and im having a bit of trouble finding parts and kits for it. I hope i can get some help with that with all the focii lovers here

so yea. am i like the only person that got a brand new focus? My dad almost bought the 08 focus ses coupe but my mom found the 07 focus se at the corner of the lot and we bought it. idk. it looks plain right now but i'm gonna sup it up
