In addition to the intake & exhaust new plug wires are a good investment. Something like 9mm from Ford Racing. It really smooths things out.

There are loads of mods you can do to your car. I would do as Mr. V suggested and poke around our other forums for ideas.
Modding the focus comes down to preferences & what you want to do w/ your car. There are Turbo kits, superchargers, even 8cyl RWD swaps you can do.
A great place to get parts, kits etc. is BATin.net as well as Ray @ http://www.myfordperformance.com he's excellent and I speak from experience on both of these references.
Tires, rims etc. TireRack.com is great.
