First off, welcome to Teamfocus.

A 2.0 Zetec from a Focus is the only engine that will fit and bolt in directly.

But first maybe you should figure out why your motor blew, so you don't just blow up the new one. If it was "rigged" as you put it, it's probably going to have problems regardless. When it blew, what happened? Did you fry a piston, spin a main bearing, break a connecting rod? What kind of boost were you running, and was it a built bottom end or all stock? What kind of fuel management, and injectors are you running? Did the turbo get any debris through it when the engine blew?
What kind of air/fuel ratio were you hitting at the time?

And if you didn't ask the previous owner these questions, you should have.

A turbo engine is not just a "slap and go" thing- if you treat it as so, you WILL break something! Any kind of forced induction requires lots of tuning.

pics of the engine compartment would help. as far as boost goes, you just learned the first lesson the hard way... never run without a boost guage. you have no indication of problems without one. and always have a boosted car dyno tuned by someone that knows exactly what they are doing. with boost the old "i think that should work" from a tuner doesnt cut it, it just shows they have no clue.
there could be a few reasons the engine grenaded. bov stuck shut, bad a/f mixture, wrong size injectors, air leak in the turbo system, thrown together system, etc.
225 whp is a tad high for everyday street use on a stock turbo'd engine, keep it detuned to around 200whp if you like the engine breathing.
what turbo is being used?
