I'm used to it and it can be fun...we'll be doing some new things and I think we'll also be trying to clean up the slack from the last board.  Enforcing rules and stuff a little more.  Not crazy tyranical enforcement, but a few more mentions of the rules.

As for changing of the titles...that's something that Rick and Jonny are working on.  Have to relearn all the ins and outs of this new forum.
