Word of advice for everyone.........
if you are planning on buying these dumb shit little valve stem caps, the chrome one's and they come in all differrent colors, don't! Or if you do, don't be like me and leave them on all winter without at least checking them. I had these little ****ers on the Exploder and they rusted onto the whole valve stem, well we sprayed WD-40 to see if they would come lose and today, the whole valve stem came off, and well the tire went flat.
I feel soooo stupid. Now I have to go buy the whole valve stem for now , until I get new tires! And good thing it happened now, because I had gotten some for the Focus, that say Focus on them and well, good thing I didn't put those on.
Anyway, yeah, stick to the rubber one's.
Just a word of advice.

Ok, I am done.

P.S they got stuck on all 4 of them. Ugh. :banned

Just a thought lol...I work at Les SChwab in Washington and i know we have like 4 million valve cores just laying around. Before you go buy some. Just go ask your local tire place if you can have 4 lol. Oh and i have chrome valve caps on my car, and they did just fine this winter and i have had no problems with them. Also came from Schwabies so yah. To bad we are only on the west coast huh lol?

I just use the black plastic ones. The amount of time the nicer ones last on my car when I leave it in a parking lot can be measured in tenths of a second.:(

Tried those. The little buggers just cut off the valve stems with side cutters or some such. Came back to the parkade to find 4 flats.
