I recently purchased a Toyota Truck for a parts getter and winter vehicle. I bought it knowing it had a bad radiator.
When I first got to the web site I was a little bumbed to see to looked to just be a main page with some info pages and no pricing. Well when I clicked on the Toyta link I was forwarded to a live chat with a Radiators.com employee. Supprisingly the chat went quick and within about 5 minutes the employee figured out my radiator was a difficult one to figure out and he would have to have a tech call me back. He took my phone number and said someone will be calling me within 10 minutes. Well between 10-15 minutes later I get a call from Radiators.Com. Within a minut the guy knew what radiator I needed and gave me a price of $115. I was amaized at the price and he also stated it had a lifetime warranty. I asked for shipping cost and he told me if I buy it now shipping is free. I gave him my credit card and after getting the confirmation number we hung up.
The next day around 5PM the radiator arrived at my door. WOW. Next day shipping for free. I opened the box to see the radiator was well packaged and out poped a shiney black new radiator. I have not installed it yet but it should fit and work fine.
