Amsoil will not harm your car if that is what you were wondering. It will help the motor and in some cases will increase your MPG. You will also be able to go 7500miles or 12K before having to do anything.

They do have tranny fluid. They any kind of fluid your car would need. Radiator, runs penitrator, fuel additive, octane boost, gear lube, etc.

Will you have to add anything???? If you want to. There is a duel remote bypass system available. Storm Strikes has one installed. There's also a pre oiler system.

No response on the price quote request? Well audiojunkie, Im way late on a response but I'll post it just to reply to it in case you are still wondering.

For the oil your looking about $55 for the oil and filters. Thats for the 25,000 mile or one year oil. Just change the filter at 12,500 mile intervals or six months which ever comes first.

For the transmssion fluid(automatic), roughly $60 based on an 7qt capacity. So lets just say around $125 for both at the same time.

Now, that may seem like a lot of money to fork out, and in an up front cost comparison alone, it is. However, consider that instead of changing your oil every three thousand miles, you will not have to change it for 25,000 miles or one year, just change the oil filter at 12,500 miles or six months, whichever comes first. Thats going to save you roughly the cost of the oil alone and that doesnt even take into account any increase in gas mileage, reduced wear, and so forth

On the transmission fluid, you will be able to go around 100,000 miles before having to change it. Amsoil recommends three times the manufacture recommended interval. If I recall correctly, the manual calls for transmission fluid changes around 30,000 miles in the Focus. The cost to flush your transmission with plain ole petroleum transmission fluid is going to run you more than the cost of the Amsoil ATF. So again you are saving a ton by not having to change it or worry about it for so long and again this doesnt take into account any increases in gas mileage or the reduction in wear and tear.

So when you do the math, look at the whole picture you will see that the cost of Amsoil is actually a real bargin.
