1. In the pic, it looks like the drivers side lens cover is coming off on the bottom and you can see the bottom of headlight.

Did you remove the cover to install the clear turn sigs ?

Is the bottom seperating as the pic shows ?

What you mean is that the bumper is not in the right position. It's a remainder from the last chrash. The lenses are not foggy, they are dirty. The pic is from the last winter with salt and mud.
