Should work fine with the Iceman. The OMP brace is an exact copy of the Focus Sport brace and is one of the better kits when working with intake kits.

FC doesn't list a rear bar on thier website, maybe you are thinking of the Focus Sport rear bar?  I can get the FC strut bar, but I think the OMP is a better design ... 

FC has thier strut tower bar at what they are calling a "blowout price" of $69.00, so if you really want one of thiers, I would recommend you just buy it from them. I don't even try to sell them, because @ that price I can't make much money on them. They just don't sell very well, or at least they didn't for me when I did sell them...
