My buddy is selling his new us-spec euro bumper, the one like the RS. The bumper is urthane, not painted and pretty sweet IMO. The bumper requires you to remove the crash foam but you don't have to modify the rebar. Calfocus sells the bumper for $350 (that is where he got it from) and he is asking $250.
The bumper was featured in the hot parts section of the first Focus Fanatics magizine, and if you want to see some pictures of it I can email them to ya.
