HOW TO REMOVE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD / REPLACE  IAC VALVE

Remove the fuel rail (covered previously Click Here)

Unplug the injector harness from the CHT, TPS, and IAC. also unscrew the main harness plug bracket from the manifold. (shown is the IAC harness, between the manifold and block.

Using a 10mm socket, remove the five bolts holding the manifold to the head.

Using a 14mm socket, remove the two nuts holding the EGR to the manifold and the doweling pin to the right.

Remove intake manifold.

IAC is located on the front side of the manifold. It is held on by two bolts. Also shown is the EGR inlet.
