SVT Traction Control Kill Switch

First open your fuse panel and locate fuse 46 and remove it.  We will be cutting our fuse panel cover, but you can order a new fuse panel cover for about 25 bucks, so this way when you turn your car into the dealership for work, or try to sell the car, you can make it look stock.

Cut and crimp a shoehorse connector so that it looks like this, onto a piece of wire about 10 inches long.  Do this again on another piece of wire.  When buying all your connector stuff make sure its all rated for the same gauge so that they fit well with each other.

Place each one of the hooks where the old fuse tabs used to go. You should end up with a wire coming out of where each tab used to be.

Drill a hole in your fuse panel cover and mount the switch like so

Wire an inline fuse holder and 7.5 amp fuse into the circuit.  I used a glass fuse because the store I went to were out of standard blade fuse holders.

Final switch mounted.
